How to ask to delete an account

If you wish to delete your StudyFi account and related data, follow these instructions:

  1. Write an email to contact@studyfi.com with the subject “Request to delete your account” and indicate your registered email address and confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
  2. Our support team will verify your identity and confirm your deletion request and process your request within 7 working days
  3. After processing, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been permanently deleted and what data will be deleted
When requesting to delete an account, we permanently delete:
- Your user profile and account information
- All study materials you have created or uploaded
- Your study progress and statistics
- AI-generated flashcards and summaries
- Subscription and payment history (after mandatory retention period)
Data Retention Rules
Some data may be retained for legal and commercial reasons:
- Payment records: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting requirements
- Communication with support: Retained for 3 years to ensure quality of service
- Anonymous analytical data: It can be kept in an anonymised form
